Djokovic has surprisingly teamed up with Kevin Anderson – the man he beat in the Wimbledon final – to challenge in both sides of the Rogers Cup draw.
The Serbian is one of the favourites to win the single’s event after clinching his 13th career Grand Slam title at the All England Club last month.
And he has a more than adequate partner in big-serving Anderson to challenge for the top doubles honour, too.
The pair are in action against Denis Shapovalov and Felix Auger-Aliassime this afternoon but first they want a name for their new duo.
Djokovic has put four suggestions to his fans which are; Djokerson, DjoKevic, Kevak and Andole, and has asked them to vote on Twitter.
And there is a clear leader in the poll as over 60 per cent have voted for Djokerson.
The Serbian has tweeted he is “looking forward” to playing with Anderson.
While the world No 6 added: “Looking forward to playing doubles with @DjokerNole this week in Toronto!”
In the single’s draw, Djokovic gets his campaign underway against Australian Open semi-finalist Hyeon Chung.
He then faces a difficult path to the final, although he is in the opposite half of the tournament to world No 1 Rafael Nadal.
